Who is Jason?

Hi - I'm Jason and just like you... I was born with ZERO skills as a Real Estate Agent. After years of struggling to learn on Youtube, trying to copy what other successful Agents were doing, tons of practice, trial and error.

I finally broke out and built a 7 figure business as a salesperson running a very effective high performance sales team.  After running my team for a while I decided to scale up and become a broker, now I am the broker for 3 offices and part of the senior leadership team for a group of 23 offices.  We have held the title of the number 1 franchise globally for our company for the last 7 years, and we sell over 10 billion dollars of real estate every year. 

For the last 5 years I have been doing 1-on-1 coaching and sharing my knowledge with Agents literally all around the world - everywhere from Australia, Italy, South Africa, Canada and right across America.  My clients have achieved year on year growth rates of 25-100% and have established career long foundations into their business to set them up to scale and grow exponentially.
